A.I.S property is transformed to Bjelland Invest. Wenche E. Bjelland joins the company and over the next years the company develops and manages over 30.000 sqm of commercial real estate with 40+ tenants.

The company focuses on restructuring of the real estate and investment portfolio. Kristin Bjelland is given the control and management of the company. The company is renamed Bjella Investments AS.
